★<b>PET-FRIENDLY STAY</b>★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. <b>**Pet fee $75USD per pet per stay**</b> ★<b>ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 10+ GUESTS</b>★ Our nightly rate includes the first 10 guests. With each additional guest (kids over 2 as well), a $15/night fee will be applied. ★<b>CLOSED BEDROOM</b>★ Bedroom No. 2 will only be opened for groups of 10+ guests. ★<b>NOISE LEVEL MONITORING</b>★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Thank you very much for your understanding. ★<b>SUPPLIES</b>★ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ★<b>CAMERA</b>★ Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property. One at doorbell and one in carport ★<b>FIRE EXTINGUISHER</b>★ 2 fire extinguishers. One is located in the downstairs closet, the other is in the hall closet upstairs. ★<b>ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY</b>★ Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.
