★PET-FRIENDLY STAY★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. **Pet fee $100USD per pet per stay** ★ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS★ Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest (kids over 2 as well), a $30/night fee will be applied. ★NOISE LEVEL MONITORING★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Thank you very much for your understanding. ★SUPPLIES★ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ★CAMERA★ Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property. One at doorbell and one in carport. ★FIRE EXTINGUISHER★ One fire extinguishers. Located in the ★ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY★ Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. ★ FURNITURE ★ <b>Please do not re-arrange our furniture.</b> We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear (animal damage does not constitute normal wear and tear) will be charged to you. We kindly ask that you avoid moving or turning the pool table, as it may cause damage. A $100 fee will apply if it is repositioned. ★ TRASH DISPOSAL ★ All household trash must be disposed of in the black or brown bins only. Failure to do so will result in a $50 penalty. Blue bins are strictly for RECYCLING only. ★ LONGTERM STAYS ★ For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance, and the cost will be $240/cleaning. ★ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
