We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement are more than the said deposit amount. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST(S): ✦ While we promise to accommodate these types of requests, this is subject to approval as we want to make sure that the house gets fully clean/sanitized and give respect if another guest is checking in/out on the same day. Also, please be informed of the $20 charge per hour for early check-in/late check-out requests. GRILL: ✦ If you would like to use the grill, please be informed that we have an additional cleaning fee of $50 per stay. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS/VISITORS ALLOWED: ✦ No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. We will impose a violation fee for unregistered ones. EATING OR DRINKING: ✦ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. SMOKING: ✦ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. If you need to smoke, please step out back. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. DRUGS: ✦ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND! PARTIES: ✦ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND! PETS: ✦ Unfortunately, we do not accept pets on our property. We are animal lovers ourselves and adore pets. But sadly, some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. QUIET HOURS: ✦ Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. TOWELS & LINENS: ✦ We kindly ask that you help us maintain the quality of our linens and towels by using them with care. Please avoid staining them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, wine, or food spills. For makeup removal, we recommend using personal wipes or designated products instead of towels. Towels are intended for drying off after showers and should not be used for cleaning spills, wiping floors, or as rags. To ensure all guests enjoy fresh and well-maintained linens, excessive staining or damage may result in a replacement fee. SECURITY CAMERAS: ✦ There are surveillance devices on the premises. They are only on the exterior of the building and have no active cameras inside the dwelling. This is for the safety of our guests, our home, and ourselves. Thank you. CONSUMABLES: ✦ Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests, if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: ✤Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. OTHER: ✦ Please do not re-arrange our furniture. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to you. ✦ Please DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING in the toilet (wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Any damage to the plumbing of the toilet, sinks, bathrooms, etc. will be charged to the guest. We provide a designated trash bin for your convenience. PARKING: ✦ Parking in the driveway. Just make sure to not block the pathwalk. Street parking is also available. HOT TUB ✦ Please note that the hot tub is unavailable due to damage caused by previous guests. Although it may be visible in the unit, it is not operational at this time and is not listed as an amenity. TELEVISION ✦ We provide a television in each bedroom, except for bedroom 4 (room with 2 queen beds). WIFI ROUTER: ✦ The router is on the small dining table under the window, right side of the kitchen. CIRCUIT BREAKER: ✦ It is located in the garage. THERMOSTAT: ✦ It is located in the hallway of the bedroom, right side. It is a standard thermostat. Kindly apply standard temperature as well. WASHER & DRYER: ✦ There's a room right side facing the kitchen. PATIO LIGHT: ✦ Patio light located on the right side of the patio door from outside. POOL LIGHT FOR THE NIGHTTIME: ✦ Only adults are allowed to turn it on & off. It is located on the left side of the storage outside. TRASH: ✦ Collection days are Tuesday & Friday but you can leave your garbage outside the house any day of the week. Kindly make sure the trash is being placed in the black and white trash bags.
