Although it may be visible in the unit, it is not operational at this time and is not listed as an amenity. TELEVISION ✦ We provide a television in each bedroom, except for bedroom 4 (room with 2 queen beds). WIFI ROUTER: ✦ The router is on the small dining table under the window, right side of the kitchen. CIRCUIT BREAKER: ✦ It is located in the garage. THERMOSTAT: ✦ It is located in the hallway of the bedroom, right side. It is a standard thermostat. Kindly apply standard temperature as well. WASHER & DRYER: ✦ There's a room right side facing the kitchen. PATIO LIGHT: ✦ Patio light located on the right side of the patio door from outside. POOL LIGHT FOR THE NIGHTTIME: ✦ Only adults are allowed to turn it on & off. It is located on the left side of the storage outside. TRASH: ✦ Collection days are Tuesday & Friday but you can leave your garbage outside the house any day of the week. Kindly make sure the trash is being placed in the black and white trash bags. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: ✤Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.

It’s amazing how a house in the middle of the city can feel so much like a beach getaway. Absolutely loved staying there. The atmosphere was relaxing, the house was spotless, and everything felt very cozy and welcoming.

Kfir was a wonderful host for my group and I. We spent two days in the home going to and from a conference the home had enough beds to accommodate everybody and had plenty of common space as well as the game room.
