The apartment is located in a newly remodeled traditional Chicago multi-flats building from the early 1900. It sits in an urban neighborhood and as an older building some noise transmission from the street and between units is inevitable, similar to what may naturally occur in any apartment building. Please note that the private parking behind the building is shared between three Airbnb units and is on First Come First Serve basis. It can hold up to 4 cars stacked 2 by 2, which means that in order not to block guests from other units by parking behind them, only two units can potentially park at the same time. If your party is traveling with multiple cars, please park one behind another as a courtesy to other guests. Free street parking is also available.

• Check in is after 4PM – Checkout is prior to 10AM • Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability at the time of booking and at the extra charge of $20/hour. • This property does not allow parties, events nor any kind of social function to take place inside the apartment. A violation of this or any noise complaint from neighbors may result in cancellation of booking, eviction, and penalties ($500). • No Drugs, ILLEGAL activities and/or any type of COMMOTION anywhere on the property is allowed. Police authorities will be immediately alerted for any reports and violation of this plus a penalty of $300. • ONLY guests included on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Any violation will result in a fee of $50/person/night for any undeclared guest • Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm-8am • Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at anytime. • The TV's are connected to ROKU. However there is no cable or satellite TV. • Please clear the sheets off of the bed and place all linens on the floor. Used towels should be placed on the bathroom floor. Please do not bunch up wet towels. • Any diapers or sanitary/medical supplies should be placed in the outside trash bins. • Please clean and put away all pots and pans. Please clear out the fridge and freezer of any food. Feel free to leave condiments (items that will not spoil) for the next guest. Please load and run the dishwasher before leaving. • This is a non-smoking home. You may smoke outside of the house, but please properly dispose of all butts and papers. • Please help assure that we keep our home clean and sanitized by taking off shoes. We strive to keep home clean and respect our future guests. • The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while guests are on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. • No daily maid service: While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. • Please make sure to turn off all lights & lock up the windows and doors upon exit. • If guest is found to exceed guest limit capacity, the host has the right to terminate the reservation immediately with no refund, please be considerate of the rules. • Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. Thank you very much for staying with us. TRASH: ✤ 2 garbage bins (1 garbage, 1 recycle). Garbage collection is every Wednesday for recycle) and every Thursday for regular. Both bins can be placed on the outside of the fence for collection. SUPPLIES: ✤ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. PARKING: ✤ Rear parking lot is shared between 3 units and can accommodate 4 cars but stacked (2x2). Please do not block other guests. Street parking is also available NOISE: ✤ Multi-unit building. If other guest present sounds carry between units and need to respect other guests rights for quiet enjoyment. SOUND MACHINE ✤ We have provided portable sound machine so you can have a better sleep. They are still in boxes on the night stand, charger is in the nearest outlet. Portable sound machine for adults and babies with 15 sleep sounds, nightlight and rechargeable battery, white noise machine for sleeping baby, noise cancelling machine with rain sounds and brown noise. PET FEE: ✦ We have a pet fee of $75/pet/stay. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: ✤Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.
