SUPPLIES: ✤ A starter pack of supplies is provided; guests on longer stays will need to restock for the remaining days. PARKING: ✤ Private parking behind the building is shared by 3 Airbnb units and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. The lot holds up to 4 cars, stacked 2x2, so only 2 units can park simultaneously. Please park cars one behind the other if traveling with multiple vehicles. Free street parking is also available. NOISE: ✤ This is a multi-unit building, so sound may carry between units. Please respect other guests’ right to quiet enjoyment. PET FEE: ✦ We have a pet fee of $75/pet per stay. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: ✤ Alteration requests (shortened stays or reduced guest count) must be made at least one week before check-in. Late requests qualify for only a 50% refund. CAMERA ✤ The building is equipped with exterior security cameras.

We had great stay at this property! The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and I felt pretty comfortable there. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was a good spot and decent distance from areas we were traveling to during the stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful, hassle-free stay!

What a wonderful stay! Roman was a responsive and friendly host and the space was perfect for what we needed! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood that was a very short drive to exciting activities and restaurants- a perfect balance. The space was clean and open but still felt comfortable and homey. It was a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of walking around Chicago.
