Enjoy lots of privacy in our beautifully designed new guest house! Our private backyard is the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee! ENTRY: ✤ There is a gate to access this unit. LIVING ROOM: ✤ We have a sleeper sofa - the sofa in the living room, if you remove the pillows you can open it into a queen-size bed. The sofa bed has a waterproof protector and 1 set of sheets on it. It is very easy to open the sleeper sofa just remove the pillows and pull the metal bar. Aside from that, our living room is equipped with chairs, a side table with a lamp & USB ports, Smart television with Roku, and a ceiling fan. KITCHEN: ✤ Our kitchen is stocked with all you should need to cook a typical meal. This also includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, set of knives, dish towels, sponges or dish cloths, hand soap, salt and pepper, paper towel holder, dishwashing liquid and trash can & garbage bags. BEDROOM: ✤ The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed with bed frame, nightstand with lamp, mirror & USB ports for charging your smartphone, dresser, AC, ceiling fan, Smart TV with Roku, a waterproof protector with sheets, and more. We have also extra blankets and pillows inside the bedroom closet at the top shelve. BATHROOM: ✤ Our full bathroom provides a trash can to dispose of your garbage properly, a hair dryer, mirror, decoration, bathmat, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and 2 sets of towels & hand towels for each guest. We always make sure that the bathroom is sparkling clean. Please do not flush anything in the toilet except for toilet paper - the property has a septic system.
