Guests have full access to the entire property — including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor patio. The home features a smart lock at the front door for secure and convenient entry. You’ll receive your unique access code before check-in.

Step inside and experience a bright and comfortable space equipped with everything you need for a smooth stay. Bedrooms: - 1 with a King bed - 1 with a Queen bed - 1 with a Bunk bed (perfect for kids or extra guests) Bathroom: Stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Living Room: Comfortable seating area with a smart TV. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, cookware, and utensils. Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the laundry room — free to use. Climate Control: Central air, heating, and Nest thermostat for comfort in every season. Outdoor Area: Private patio with a grill for outdoor dining. Parking: Free parking on the property.

Thank you! 🌿 📌 <b>GUEST REGISTRATION<b>: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $55 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help! ✤ Trash pickup is every Monday morning — please place bins by the curb Sunday night. ✤ Safety features: Fire extinguisher (under kitchen sink), smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, first aid kit (in kitchen), and gas shut-off valve. ✤ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their supplies for the remaining days.
