A violation of this or any noise complaint from neighbors may result in cancellation of booking, eviction, and penalties ($500). • No Drugs, ILLEGAL activities and/or any type of COMMOTION anywhere on the property is allowed. Police authorities will be immediately alerted for any reports and violation of this plus a penalty of $300. • ONLY guests included on the reservation are permitted on the premises. Any violation will result in a fee of $50/person/night for any undeclared guest • Quiet hours must be observed between 10pm-8am • Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at anytime. • The TV's are connected to ROKU. However there is no cable or satellite TV. • Please clear the sheets off of the bed and place all linens on the floor. Used towels should be placed on the bathroom floor. Please do not bunch up wet towels. • Any diapers or sanitary/medical supplies should be placed in the outside trash bins. • Please clean and put away all pots and pans. Please clear out the fridge and freezer of any food. Feel free to leave condiments (items that will not spoil) for the next guest. Please load and run the dishwasher before leaving. • This is a non-smoking home. You may smoke outside of the house, but please properly dispose of all butts and papers. • Please help assure that we keep our home clean and sanitized by taking off shoes. We strive to keep home clean and respect our future guests. • The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while guests are on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. TRASH: ✤ There are 2 bins: one for garbage and one for recycling. Recycling is collected on Wednesdays, and regular garbage on Thursdays. Please place both bins outside the fence for collection. SUPPLIES: ✤ A starter pack of supplies is provided; guests on longer stays will need to restock for the remaining days. PARKING: ✤ Private parking behind the building is shared by 3 Airbnb units and operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. The lot holds up to 4 cars, stacked 2x2, so only 2 units can park simultaneously. Please park cars one behind the other if traveling with multiple vehicles. Free street parking is also available. NOISE: ✤ This is a multi-unit building, so sound may carry between units. Please respect other guests’ right to quiet enjoyment. SOUND MACHINE ✤ We’ve provided portable sound machines on the nightstands (chargers plugged into the nearest outlet) to enhance your sleep. These machines feature 15 soothing sounds, a nightlight, and a rechargeable battery—perfect for adults and babies alike. PET FEE: ✦ We have a pet fee of $75/pet per stay. ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: ✤ Alteration requests (shortened stays or reduced guest count) must be made at least one week before check-in. Late requests qualify for only a 50% refund. CAMERA ✤ The building is equipped with exterior security cameras.
