Late Check-Out: We do our best to accommodate special requests. For late check-outs requested until 8 PM the day before check-out, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged. Any requests made after 8 PM the day before check-out, up to an hour before check-out, will incur a fee of $15 for every 15 minutes. ★NOISE LEVEL MONITORING★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Thank you very much for your understanding. ★SUPPLIES★ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ★CAMERA★ Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property. One at doorbell and one in carport ★FIRE EXTINGUISHER★ 2 fire extinguishers. One is located in the downstairs closet, the other is in the hall closet upstairs. ★ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY★ Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.
