The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals together, a dining area for shared meals, and a cozy living room for relaxation. Venture downstairs to discover the basement's hidden gems—a cinema room with ample seating, a gaming room for friendly competitions, and a full bathroom for added comfort. An additional bedroom with a queen bed is also available in the basement. For the ultimate relaxation - Welcome to our inviting sunroom, a haven of relaxation and entertainment. Flooded with natural light and offering panoramic views of the surrounding greenery, this spacious area is the perfect retreat for unwinding after a day of adventure. ✤HEATING: Every area of the house is equipped with a heating system to ensure your comfort, except of the sunroom, which is not connected to the house central heating system. SUPPLIES: ✤ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ✤ ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY: Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. ✤PARKING We humbly request to avoid parking in a way that blocks the sidewalk. It's important for pedestrians' safety and convenience. We would sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
