Thank you! 🌿 📌 <b>GUEST REGISTRATION<b>: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $55 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help! ✤ HEATING The house has heating throughout for your comfort, except for the sunroom, which is not connected to central heating. The sunroom has a separate electric heater with a timer that must be turned on and off manually. ✤ FIREPLACE NOTE The wood-operated fireplace is available for use, but wood is not provided. Use only if you’re familiar with it, and never leave it unattended. Use at your own risk. Thank you. ✤ ENTERTAINMENT Our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, plus cable TV. Log in with your personal accounts to enjoy. ✤ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING To ensure a peaceful stay and comply with local noise ordinances, we’ve installed a noise alert device in the home. This device measures decibel levels and sends alerts if noise exceeds reasonable limits. Rest assured, it does not record or store any sound data. Thank you for your understanding. ✤ The home features a garden area, so you may occasionally see wildlife or harmless insects (e.g., spiders, ladybugs, ants, bees). We maintain monthly pest control and are happy to assist if needed. ✤ SUPPLIES A starter pack of supplies is provided; guests on longer stays will need to restock for the remaining days. ✤ ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY Alteration requests (shortened stays or reduced guest count) must be made at least one week before check-in. Late requests qualify for only a 50% refund. ✤ PARKING Please avoid parking that blocks the sidewalk to ensure pedestrian safety. We appreciate your cooperation. ✤ HOT TUB • Always supervise children. • No glass, bottles, or breakables in the hot tub area. • No alcohol or animals in or around the hot tub. • Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
