✤ POOL & HOT TUB The pool and spa can be heated for an additional $40 per day and must be heated for the entire duration of your stay. Since the pool and spa are connected, the spa will only be heated when the pool heating is activated. Please note that intermittent heating (turning it on for only certain days) is not possible. If you’d like to add this feature, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival so we can arrange it for you. ✤ PETS: While we absolutely love pets, we want to ensure a comfortable stay for all of our guests, so this unit is not pet-friendly due to potential allergies. ✤ PARKING: Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway. Absolutely no street parking is allowed, and the garage is not available for parking. ✤ RESORT AMENITIES: Guests can enjoy access to the resort's amenities, including a large heated pool, hot tub, and fully equipped gym. There is a fee of $25 per stay for up to 12 guests, and $35 per stay for more than 12 guests. This is optional. ✤ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Thank you very much for your understanding. ✤ SUPPLIES We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ✤ CAMERA Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property. One at doorbell and one in carport ✤ LONGTERM STAYS For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance, and the cost will be $230/cleaning. ✤ ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late requests. In such instances, we can only offer a refund of 50% of the original amount.
