Check-In/Out Time: Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM (no late checkouts without prior approval) 2. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $500 penalty will apply for violations. 3. No Parties or Events Gatherings, parties, or events of any kind are *not allowed* 4. Quiet Hours Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise down between *10:00 PM and 9:00 AM*. 5. Prohibited Items & Behavior No drugs, weapons, or inappropriate conduct are permitted on the property at any time. 6. Registered Guests Only Only the number of guests and pets listed in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. 7. Extra guest fee We charge extra guest fee of $36/guest/night beyond 6 guests. 8. Events Must Be Pre-Approved If you're planning a special gathering, it must be discussed with and approved by us **prior to your stay**. 9. Parking Guidelines All cars must be parked in the driveway. A maximum of *2 cars may park on the street*. 10. Damaged or Stained Items Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of stained linens, damaged items, or any missing inventory. 11. Rule Violations Breaches of these rules may result in partial or full loss of the security deposit, penalty fees, or immediate cancellation of the reservation **without refund**, depending on the severity. 12. Bi-weekly Cleaning For all reservations lasting more than 30 days, a bi-weekly cleaning service is required. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to making your stay a great one!
