For any additional guests beyond that, there is a $15 per person, per night fee. 📌 CHECK-IN/OUT FEES: ✤ We always try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. The homeowner is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the property, including use of the pool or spa. ✤ Weekly pool cleaning is scheduled for Wednesdays—please allow access during service. ✤ Guests are expected to use the pool responsibly and follow all safety guidelines. ✤ For everyone’s safety, glass bottles and cups are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable drinkware when enjoying the space. 📌 INSIDE FIREPLACE ✤ The indoor fireplace is strictly prohibited for guest use. Lighting the fireplace is not permitted under any circumstances, as this is to ensure the safety and well being of all guests and the property. 📌 Table Please do not place hot pots or pans directly on the table. The surface can be damaged due to its material. We’ve provided heat-resistant mats and trivets in the unit—feel free to use them as needed. 📌 Outdoor Grill Use ✤ There are 2 propane tanks located under the grill. If one runs out, please switch to the second and notify us immediately so we can replace the empty one. ✤ Clean the grill after each use to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. ✤ Never leave the grill unattended while in use. ✤ Use the grill only in open outdoor areas, away from walls or flammable surfaces. ✤ After use, turn off all burners and close the propane valve. 📌 TOWELS & LINENS: We kindly ask that you help us maintain the quality of our linens and towels by using them with care. Please avoid staining them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, wine, or food spills. For makeup removal, we recommend using personal wipes or designated products instead of towels. Towels are intended for drying off after showers and should not be used for cleaning spills, wiping floors, or as rags. To ensure all guests enjoy fresh and well-maintained linens, excessive staining or damage may result in a replacement fee. 📌 GAMES: ✤ Games are located in the hallway closet by the utility room. ✤ Guests are responsible for returning all games to the closet after use. 📌 EXTRA BLANKETS & SLEEPER SOFA: ✤ If anyone needs an extra blanket, there is one inside the storage under the sofa. ✤ For those planning to sleep on the sleeper sofa, sheets, a blanket, and two pillows are available in the closet located just outside the room. 📌 TRASH PICKUP: ✤ Trash is collected every Thursday morning. Please place bins by the alley on Wednesday evening. 📌 OTHER HOUSE RULES: ✤ No eating or drinking in bedrooms. ✤ No smoking indoors ($150 fee). ✤ No illegal drugs or parties. Any disturbances may result in immediate eviction. ✤ Quiet hours after 10 PM. ✤ No rearranging furniture.
