★<b>PET-FRIENDLY STAY</b>★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. <b>**Pet fee $100USD per pet per stay**</b> ★EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT★ <b>Early Check-In</b>: We charge $25 per hour for early check-ins. <b>Late Check-Out</b>: We do our best to accommodate special requests. For late check-outs requested until 8 PM the day before check-out, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged. Any requests made <b>after 8 PM</b> the day before check-out, up to an hour before check-out, will incur a fee of $15 for every 15 minutes. ★<b>NOISE LEVEL MONITORING</b>★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Thank you very much for your understanding. ★<b>SUPPLIES</b>★ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ★<b>CAMERA</b>★ Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property. One at doorbell and one in Driveway ★<b>FIRE EXTINGUISHER</b>★ 2 fire extinguishers. One is located in the downstairs closet, the other is in the hall closet upstairs. ★<b>ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY</b>★ Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount. ★<b>LONGTERM STAYS</b>★ For stays of 21 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance, and the cost will be $240/cleaning. ★ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
