You'll have full access to our home, designed to ensure a private and comfortable experience for you and your guests. Key Access Details: - The entire property is yours to enjoy, with spaces crafted for relaxation and entertainment. Parking is hassle-free, with a driveway accommodating 2-3 cars and additional street parking available. Enjoy your stay, knowing every detail has been arranged for your convenience and pleasure. ★UPGRADE TO 5 BEDROOM★ We’re happy to offer an upgrade to a 5-bedroom option for your stay! If you need additional space or would like to explore this option, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’ll be glad to assist you with the details and make the necessary arrangements. It can accommodate up to 16 guests. 📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please take a moment to read our house rules. You can find them at the bottom of our listing page, under “Things to Know.” Reading them before booking will help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Thank you! 🌿 📌 GUEST REGISTRATION: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $55 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Parking on the grass is not allowed. 📌 SUPPLIES: We provide a starter pack of essential supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and basic cleaning items to help you get started with your stay. For longer stays or if additional items are needed, guests are responsible for restocking according to their personal needs.
