Thank you! 🌿 📌 GUEST REGISTRATION: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $55 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. If you have any questions, just message us anytime! Happy to help! ★ <b>POOL HEATER</b> ★ ✤ We offer the option to heat the pool for an extra $60 per night. However, please note that only one heater can be used at a time—either the pool or the hot tub. If you would like to heat the pool, it requires at least 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. To ensure we have enough time to properly heat the pool, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you wish to use the pool heater during your stay. ★ <b>HOT TUB:</b> ★ ✤ We’ve provided a tablet in the house for controlling the spa heater. We kindly ask that you take good care of it during your stay. Please note that if it is damaged or goes missing, a charge will apply. ★ <b>SAFETY AND CONVENIENCE</b> ★ ✦Your safety is our priority. The house is equipped with: Smoke detectors in the rooms, kitchen, and hallway Carbon monoxide detectors in the hallway First aid kit and fire extinguisher in the kitchen We have exterior camera. ★ <b>PET-FRIENDLY STAY</b> ★ Bring your furry friends along for a great vacation! We welcome house-trained dogs for a $100 USD cleaning fee per pet. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make arrangements. ★ <b>SUPPLIES</b> ★ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ★ <b>ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY</b> ★ Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.
