Please cover furniture and use mattress protectors. 📌 SECURITY DEPOSIT: ✤ Security deposit: Fully refundable if no damage. 📌 UNREGISTERED GUESTS: ✤ All guests must be declared. Failure to do so will result in a $30 per guest, per day fee. 📌 CHECK-IN/OUT FEES: ✤ We always try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Please be informed that we have an additional fee of $25/hr. POOL HEATER ✤ We offer the option to heat the pool for an extra $50 per night. Please note that if it is damaged or goes missing, a charge will apply. ✤ Once you’re done using the hot tub, kindly Turn Off the heater. 📌 TOWELS & LINENS: We kindly ask that you help us maintain the quality of our linens and towels by using them with care. Please avoid staining them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, wine, or food spills. For makeup removal, we recommend using personal wipes or designated products instead of towels. Towels are intended for drying off after showers and should not be used for cleaning spills, wiping floors, or as rags. To ensure all guests enjoy fresh and well-maintained linens, excessive staining or damage may result in a replacement fee. 📌 OTHER HOUSE RULES: ✤ No eating or drinking in bedrooms. ✤ No smoking indoors ($150 fee). ✤ No illegal drugs or parties. Any disturbances may result in immediate eviction. ✤ Quiet hours after 10 PM. ✤ No rearranging furniture. We welcome house-trained dogs for a $100 USD cleaning fee per pet. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make arrangements. ★ <b>SUPPLIES</b> ★ We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days. ★ <b>ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY</b> ★ Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.
