★ <b>POOL HEATER</b> ★ ✤ We offer the option to heat the pool for an extra $60 per night. However, please note that only one heater can be used at a time—either the pool or the hot tub. If you would like to heat the pool, it requires at least 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. To ensure we have enough time to properly heat the pool, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you wish to use the pool heater during your stay. ★ <b>HOT TUB:</b> ★ ✤ We’ve provided a tablet in the house for controlling the spa heater. We kindly ask that you take good care of it during your stay. Please note that if it is damaged or goes missing, a charge will apply. ★ <b>SAFETY AND CONVENIENCE</b> ★ ✦Your safety is our priority. The house is equipped with: Smoke detectors in the rooms, kitchen, and hallway Carbon monoxide detectors in the hallway First aid kit and fire extinguisher in the kitchen We have exterior camera. ★ <b>PET-FRIENDLY STAY</b> ★ Bring your furry friends along for a great vacation! We welcome house-trained dogs for a $50 USD cleaning fee per pet. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make arrangements. ★ <b>SUPPLIES</b> ★ We only provide a starter pack of supplies.
